Full papers and Abstracts

The deadline for Full Paper Submissions is December 01, 2017!  You can submit full papers without prior approval. In other words, you don't need an abstract approval first. Simply submit your full paper directly to the proper track. All full paper submissions will be blind reviewed and considered for publication in one of the journals listed in the Call for Papers. If you submit a Full Paper, you don't need to submit a separate abstract for the same research.  

For researchers submitting Only Abstracts, the Final Deadline is December 31, 2017. All accepted Abstracts and Full Papers will be scheduled for presentation as long as one author has registered by February 01, 2018.  

Undergraduate Reserach Posters

 If you are sponsoring Undergraduate Research, please submit an abstract under the "Undergraduate Research Submissions" track by December 31, 2017. Once accepted, your student will prepare a poster (appx. dimensions of 24" x 36") of the research for display at the conference. Undergraduate students will have a chance to present their poster at the poster session, with three prizes for the Best Poster/Research. If your abstract is accepted, you should register for the conference by February 01, 2018. We will have easels to display your poster in the poster presentation area. Make sure it is on a hard-board that can stay up-right on an easel. We won’t have the capability to print the poster at the conference. Your abstract will appear in the proceedings as long as you register by the due date of February 01, 2018.

PROCEED WITH YOUR SUBMISSION: Please submit all papers and abstracts through the CMS system at where you will need to create an account once on the Exordo system. 


Step 1: This is where you will need to pick one of the fourteen tracks available. For poster submissions, please choose the track labeled “Undergraduate Research Submissions (Poster Presentations ONLY)”. 

Step 2: Choose the format of your presentation. You may submit an abstract proposal for a panel discussion.  

Steps 3, 4, 5: Enter the title, author information, and sub-topic for your submission. 

Step 6: Proceed with uploading the abstract of your work as a pdf document. Even if you are submitting a full paper, you will need to upload your abstract separately. If you are submitting an abstract only, you may skip the next step. 

Step 7: If you are ONLY submitting an abstract, then you may skip this step by just clicking “Done”! If you are submitting a full paper, then proceed with uploading your paper of your work as a pdf document.
